Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fivefive game on the web at play.fivefive.app and in our Android app (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are able to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts

You can play as a guest, or create an account to save your progress. If you create an account:

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account;
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date;
• You may not impersonate others or use an account that is not yours.

You can request deletion of your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other players;
• Use offensive, hateful, or misleading names for yourself, your team, or your tribe;
• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automated tools against other players, or otherwise interfere with fair play;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its servers;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We use automated filters to block offensive names, but we do not pre-screen all content and are not responsible for content created by other users.

4. Names and content you provide

You are responsible for the names and other content you enter (such as display names, team names, and tribe names). You grant us the permission needed to display and process that content to operate the Service. We may remove or change content that violates these Terms.

5. Purchases and advertising

The Service is free to play and supported by advertising, shown only after a game ends. You may buy optional in-app items, such as removing ads, through your app store. Purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or by the app store's policies; refunds are handled by the app store, not by us. Prices and available items may change over time.

Fivefive is a game of skill for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling, and in-game points and items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service running smoothly, but we provide it on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and games in progress may be interrupted by outages or maintenance.

7. Our intellectual property

The Fivefive name, logo, software, artwork, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other players or the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fivefive and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
